Download and install VCMI
- Intel (x86_64) builds: https://builds.vcmi.download/branch/develop/macOS/intel
- ARM builds: https://builds.vcmi.download/branch/develop/macOS/arm

Installing Heroes III data files
- Find a way to unpack Windows Heroes III or GOG installer. For example, install the game with CrossOver or Wineskin.
- Copy "Data", "Maps" and "Mp3" from Heroes III to:
~/Library/Application\ Support/vcmi/
